Service
Solar Park Watch produces wildfire risk reports for solar sites from public satellite and reanalysis data. The first report for one site is free. Continued monitoring is billed at 290 € per quarter per site. No VAT is charged (small-business rule, § 19 UStG). Portfolio arrangements are quoted individually.
Delivery
The first report is delivered within five working days of a complete submission. Subsequent reports are delivered once per quarter. Delivery may be delayed where usable satellite acquisitions are unavailable for the period; in that case the limitation is documented in the report.
Accuracy and limitations
Reports describe observations derived from third-party open data at stated dates and resolutions. They are not a site inspection, not a prediction of fire occurrence, not insurance advice and not a guarantee that any insurer will accept them or offer coverage. Decisions taken on the basis of a report remain the customer's responsibility.
Customer obligations
You confirm that you are entitled to submit the site information you provide and that it is accurate. Inaccurate coordinates produce an analysis of the wrong location.
Cancellation
Quarterly monitoring can be cancelled in writing before the start of any quarter.
Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and otherwise to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the operator, insofar as the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
